Changing the port of the camera and firewalling will make it for most home use hack-proof; which can be done very cheap by using a custom firmware on a linksys WRT54G or alternative. The mystery lies in the two extra images that popped up later on. If that happened again (twice?) through a different email address, flickr should add an authentication factor before posting to the photostream to prevent spam and such kind of surprises ....
